How We Deliver Projects
A clear path from business need to stable, production-ready software.
01
Understand
We map the business process, identify bottlenecks, risks, and operating constraints before development begins.
02
Architect
We define the solution structure, data model, integrations, access rules, and system behavior before implementation.
03
Build
We build the product with modern technologies, automated tests, strong typing, and measurable quality controls.
04
Launch
Staging-first verification, atomic migration rollouts, and isolated disaster-recovery proof.
05
Evolve
We monitor stability, improve performance, and evolve the product without sacrificing reliability.
PRACTICAL CASE STUDY
KölikHub — Automotive SuperApp
Production platform for Kazakhstan’s automotive market: WebApp, Telegram Mini App, bot, marketplace, and automotive services.
A live production product for car owners and buyers, bringing listings, buying and selling, transport services, vehicle checks and real-time notifications into one product ecosystem.
Core user journeys are free: listings, buying and selling, transport, and essential services.

Official Project Channels
FZM.kz and KölikHub are entirely independent infrastructure perimeters. FZM is the engineering partner that built the platform architecture and software core.
CORE SERVICE TOPOLOGY
FastAPI Core Services
High-concurrency async endpoints
Audio Cache Engine
Real-time voice processing & caching
Multi-Tenant Security Gate
Isolated schema & runtime permissions

PRICING FORMULA
How Pricing Is Built
Transparent project estimates without hidden coefficients
01
Initial pricing depends on the base architecture, selected capabilities, integrations, expected workload, and the amount of preliminary project review required.
02
We do not use hidden markups or artificial urgency. A “from” price is a realistic starting point; the exact amount is confirmed after the project scope is clarified.
Published figures are versioned preliminary ‘from’ calibrations. The Configurator calculates only from an approved active published calculation version; a binding proposal follows preliminary project review and contract review.
CORE PRINCIPLES
Why Businesses Choose FZM
01
Understand the Need First
We clarify requirements and constraints before development so the delivered system matches the real business process.
02
Show Working Results
We validate the product against real scenarios and support quality claims with tests. Demo placeholders are never presented as finished software.
03
Security & Control by Default
We separate access rights, protect client data and critical operations, and keep important actions traceable.
